PRICING
Our website reflects the most current pricing available in our database. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change prices caused by increased sourcing costs or mismarked products.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept payments from most major credit cards, Stripe and PayPal. However, please note that Dubya and our employees will not have access to payment data or store such data on our servers. Your payment card information, such as account numbers, is collected and processed via a third-party vendor that specializes in payment processing and has committed to PCI DSS compliance;
USED/DAMAGED ITEMS
Please let us know ASAP (within 7-14 days) if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping boxes and take pictures as much as possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!
Any items which has been “taken out for a ride” is considered used and CANNOT BE RETURNED. Any product or parts which shows signs of use or otherwise is in a condition other than how it was received cannot by returned.
RETURN POLICY
At Dubya USA, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality product. All returns are subject to prior approval and restocking fee. Returns must be new, unused and include the original box and/or packaging.
WARRANTY RETURNS
Most manufacturers offer a warranty period which covers against merchandise defects. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, please contact the manufacturer or contact sales@dubyausa.com for assistance.
Please note warranty processing may take 4-6 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer’s policies and discretion. Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects determined to be caused by normal wear or due to customer negligence.
