In 2012, many expected a strong performance out of Jessy Nelson at Loretta Lynn’s Amateur National Motocross Championships. Instead, Nelson opted for the big time and turned pro, lining up at the gate for the first round of the AMA Motocross Lites Championship. Nelson impressed right away with holeshots and top-5 finishes along the way, winding up 9th Overall in the series and earning AMA Rookie of the Year honors. For 2013, Nelson looks to expand on his spectacular rookie results.

Christian Craig turned heads early on with a successful amateur career. Unfortunately, his rookie season was marred by a broken back from a practice crash. After a long recovery, Craig returned in 2011 to the AMA Supercross Lites class. More bad luck would befall Craig, however, as injuries kept him from racing full-time. He finished in the top-20 in the 2012 AMA 450 Motocross Championship, and hopes to improve for 2013.

After several impressive races in 2010, Cole Seely showed the world his true potential in 2011 by winning the Los Angeles and Seattle rounds in the Supercross Lites class. Seely finished the AMA Supercross Lites West Championship in 4th place Overall in 2011, and was a contender for the 2012 AMA Supercross Lites West Championship. Unfortunately, a serious crash in the penultimate round forced him to miss the final two races, as well as the rest of the 2012 season. Nonetheless, Seely finished the Supercross Lites West season in 4th. Back to full health for 2013, Seely looks to pick up where he left off in the AMA Supercross Lites West Championship.
