Born into a motocross family, Alex Martin joined the AMA series as a true privateer. His lack of factory support didn’t slow him down, though, and his career began to turn around when he was offered a factory ride for one race in the 2009 season. Since then, he’s moved to the Eleven10 Mods team and constantly improved. 2013 may just be Martin’s breakout year.
